How can we assist you?

Glass, lacquered, or stone table?
Do you have a glass, lacquered, high-gloss, or stone table? If so, we recommend our frosted table cover. Clear table covers can sometimes develop air bubbles between the cover and the table surface, which can make the appearance less visually appealing.
Is my table cover food-safe?
Yes. Our table covers are completely safe for use around food. They meet the highest quality standards, are California Proposition 65 compliant, and are phthalate-free with no harmful plasticizers.
Will my table cover be made to size?
Yes! At ProtectMats, we custom-cut your table cover in the exact thickness, width, length and shape you need. With our advanced CNC cutting machines, each cover is cut with precision to fit perfectly. Please note: PVC is a flexible material, and very slight variations in length may occur over time due to natural shrinkage.
How do I clean my table cover?
Cleaning is simple: just wipe with a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild pH-neutral cleaner. For tougher stains, you can try a non-acetone nail polish remover. Be sure to wipe away spills such as sauces, ink, or flowers right away to avoid permanent marks. If the surface ever looks dull, a light rub with a little sunflower oil can help restore shine.
What material are the table covers made of?
Our table covers are made from high-quality flexible plastic/PVC (polyvinyl chloride), a durable and safe material free of harmful plasticizers.
What shapes can I order?
We custom cut your cover to the shape you need. Popular options include rectangles, circles, ovals, and ellipses. Looking for something special, like a boat-shaped table or L-shape? Simply send us a DXF file with your dimensions, and we’ll cut it exactly to your specifications.
How will my table cover be shipped?
Your table cover is carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy box. This ensures it arrives safely without any folds or wrinkles.
Heat and UV light
Our PVC table covers are primarily designed for indoor use, but they can certainly be used outdoors as well. Heat Everyday contact heat – like a cup of coffee or a warm plate – is generally no problem. For pans or dishes straight from the stove or oven, we recommend using a trivet to protect your cover. Sunlight Normal daylight through windows won’t affect the material. However, prolonged exposure to direct outdoor sunlight may cause slight discoloration or make the PVC a bit firmer over time. That’s why we recommend airing out the cover occasionally and bringing it inside during extreme weather conditions.
